DESCRIPTION: This is a free online resource given under relevant universal free licenses, for non-profit use. This is a desktop version of the application, which is designed to run on Microsoft Excel. If you download it to run offline (when available), it must run on Windows PC, or other devices (tablets and mobile) running on Android and IOS platform. The device must have a Spreadsheet application installed (preferably Microsoft Excel). The template can accommodate 15 courses. Please note that this is based on the 5-point grading system.
CURRENT SEMESTER: You require to input only three variables in their respective columns. These are the Course Code or Course Number, Credit Unit for the course, and the Grade Obtained in the course.
PREVIOUS SEMESTER: You only input your Total Credit Unit and Grade Point from the previous semester. The application will provide all other details. The signal bar (at the bottom right of the window) signifies your likely class of degree to graduate with. When there is "No Signal" (ie when all the bars are white), your prospective class of degree is "PASS". One bar = "THIRD CLASS", Two bars = "SECOND CLASS LOWER", Three bars = "SECOND CLASS UPPER", while Four bars (full) = "FIRST CLASS". COLOUR SIGNALS: Cells in the Grade Obtained and Remarks columns change colours when certain values are contained. When the grade is "E" = yellow; "F" = red. The remarks column returns the course code of the reference course in red texts.
